Candlelit Christmas Carol Service, Friday 20 December 2019
The Hope Centre hosted a Candlelit Christmas Carol Service on the 20th of December. People from across the community joined us in singing Christmas carols, drinking mulled punch, and nibbling on mince pies. You can see the flyer here.
Tent mission, community outreach, and baptism, Millisle Beach Park, 12-13 Jul 2019
Living Water held a tent mission and community outreach on the 12th and 13th of July 2019. The mission took place from 1-6pm on both days and was located near the Millisle Beach Park. We had a marquee and praise and worship music, as well as preaching and prayer for all who passed by or came in to receive. Many received healing, freedom, and a mighty touch from the King of kings! We also had a BBQ with hundreds of burgers and sausages, and activities for kids, such as face painting, nail decorating, clay modelling, and bun decorating (and eating!). Everything was free of charge and many came to partake of both the spiritual and the physical food! We also had the opportunity to baptism three young souls in the Irish Sea! Annie, Eva and Sara braved the chilly waters in order to publicly demonstrate their commitment to, and identification with, Jesus Christ. Please see pictures below! See the leaflet here.
'Healing the land' mini conference with Alistair Petrie (26-27 Oct 2018)
Living Water recently hosted a mini conference on 'Healing the Land,' featuring Alastair Petrie from Partnership Ministries. The mini conference took place in the Upper Room on the night of Friday the 26th and all day on Saturday the 27th. We were so blessed by the teachings which Alistair shared with us, equipping us for partnering with God in bringing revival to the Ards Peninsula. We were also blessed by awesome worship led by Wes and Marcus (see clips below), and by the delicious lunch catered by Gina on the Saturday. We are very grateful to Margaret and Robin at Transformations Ireland for organizing this event. You can see the conference leaflet here.
Ards Peninsula Revival Mission, Portaferry (Sun-Mon 28-29 May 2017)
Living Water conducted a revival mission for the Ards Peninsula during the Spring Bank Holiday weekend at the end of May (28th-29th). The mission ran from 1-6pm on both days and took place in Portaferry on the Strand. We had a marquee and praise and worship music, as well as preaching and prayer for all who passed by or came in to receive. As we worshiped and praised His Holy Name, as we preached the pure message of the gospel, as we prayed for spiritual breakthrough, revival, healing, and freedom, He poured out His Spirit and Glory upon Portaferry. What a mighty, awesome, loving, faithful God we serve. God willing, we will have many more such missions across the Peninsula. See the flyer here and pics below!
Baptism Service, Ards Leisure Centre (Sunday 26 March 2017)
Living Water conducted a Baptism Service at the Ards Leisure Centre on the 26th of March. The Holy Spirit filled the pool hall as we praised His name, preached His word, and watched five precious souls go into the water and be baptised in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Those baptised were Abbie, Emma, Neil, Dawn, and Elisha. Immediately following the service we held a celebratory meal in the Upper Room. See pictures below!

Beach Service, Millisle Lagoon, 14 August 2016
Living Water conducted a beach service at Millisle Lagoon on 14 August. The weather was fine (though a little breezy!), and it was a wonderful setting for worshiping the Lord and declaring His word over the community.
Thanksgiving Service for Ernie McDowell and Community BBQ, Sunday 29 May 2016
Family and community members joined us on the 29th of May to remember our beloved Ernie in a relaxed, informal setting. We laughed and we wept as we shared fond memories of Ernie with one another. And as we gave thanks for his life and for how Jesus Christ had touched him. Following the meeting there was a community BBQ with free burgers and hot dogs for all, just the way Ernie would have wanted it! Please see picture below.
Beach Services (16/23 August, 27 September 2015)
Living Water conducted our third beach service this year at Millisle Lagoon on 27 September (please see photos below). When the weather's good, it's a beautiful setting for worshiping the Lord and hearing His word.
Encounter Day (29 August 2015)
On Saturday, 29 August Living Water held an Encounter Day at Hisrock. The day was devoted to seeking the face of the Lord through worship, word, and prayer ministry. From 11am to 10pm we dwelt in the presence of our faithful heavenly Father, His face shining upon us. We worshiped, we delved into the word of truth, we prayed, we ate, we drank, we fellowshiped, we laughed, and we cried, and Christ was all in all. What an awesome privilege to be servants of God Most High, and to be the sheep of His pasture! The words shared during the day are available here. See photos below !
Training Day: 'Wounds inflicted within the Body of Christ' (11 Oct 2014)
Living Water conducted a training day on Saturday 11 Oct . This was the second in a series of training days (for information on the first, see below). The day was devoted to seeking God's perspective on wounds received from brothers and sisters in Christ. This is a delicate and difficult topic, but one of great relevance and importance, and one which can only be remedied by seeking the word of God and His will for our lives, both individually and corporately in the body of Christ. The day included four seminars/talks, a catered lunch and potluck dinner, and time for both worship and prayer ministry. God met with us in a powerful way, pouring out His healing and redemptive power upon His precious sheep and supplying all of our need. You can see the schedule here. Living Water Baptism Service (17 August 2014)
Living Water conducted their first baptism service on Sunday 17 August at a very windswept Millisle Lagoon! The wind did not diminish the presence of the Holy Spirit as six precious (and brave!) souls went into the sea and were baptised in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Those baptised were Jason, Gina, Lisa C., Lisa M., Unique, and Anna. Immediately following the service we held a celebratory barbecue at the Hope Centre. See pictures below!
Prophetic Training Day (12 April 2014)
Living Water held a Prophetic Training Day at The Hope Centre on Saturday 12 April (schedule here). This was an opportunity for Christians from various church backgrounds to come together, worship the Lord, and learn about the prophetic ministry, which is fundamental and foundational to the development and growth of the church body (see Eph 2:19-22).
