Baptism Service, Millisle Beach Park, 20 September
Living Water held a baptism service at Millisle Beach Park on 20 September 2020. Three brave souls went into the Irish Sea: David, Karl, and Margaret (who is 83 years old!) braved the chilly waters in order to publicly demonstrate their commitment to, and identification with, Jesus Christ. Many family and friends joined us in worshipping the Lord and celebrating the wonderful occasion. Please see pictures below!
Summer beach services, Millisle Beach Park, 14 June, 2/30 August 2020
Living Water has been enjoying open air services throughout the summer, whenever possible. Sometimes through rain and shine! Millisle Beach Park is a wonderful place to worship the Lord in the beauty of His holiness, and what an honour and privilege to publicly sing praises to His name, to release His mighty word of truth and to sing blessings over the people. Community Day, 12 July 2020
Living Water held a mission and community outreach in the Hope Centre on the 12th of July 2020. The mission took place from 12-5pm. We had praise and worship music, as well as preaching and (socially distanced) prayer for all who passed by or came in to receive. Many received healing, freedom, and a mighty touch from the King of kings! We also had a BBQ with a hundred and fifty burgers and sausages, and activities for kids, such as crafts, rock art, and bun decorating (and eating!). Everything was free of charge and many came to partake of both the spiritual and the physical food! Please see pictures below! See the leaflet here and pictures below.
Joint drive-in services with St. Patrick's, Millisle, 24 & 31 May 2020
As the lockdown and eased and drive-in church services were permitted, Living Water teamed up with St. Patrick's Church of Ireland for two joint services in the St. Patrick's car park. It was a very different way to gather together for worship, word, communion, and prayer, but oh what a wonderful blessing it was! "Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!" (Ps 133:1) Please see pictures below.
